Electric machine operating overview

The machine has two heat settings; the pre-heat mode operates on 25% of the total load, at 120 volts. This allows for a 75% energy savings.

The control of the kettle temperature is fully automated through our West controller. Digital readouts display the desired, as well as actual, temperature.
